Growing up in a discipline environment, has made him to be a strict person and consistent in implementing principles. The dream of being a part of the Indonesia military pushed him to be a fighter kind of person who will face anybody to stand up in enforcing the rule, even if it is driving him to be different; such principles in life were deeply educated by the parent. Being opportunist (negative way) and bootlicker to win personal interest are forbidden in his way.

Coincidently jumping in the law faculty as a non priority choice after high school surprisingly turned to be his strength afterward. Unfortunately, he would always refuse to be called as an Industrial Relation specialist. A generalist with strong points in Legal and Industrial Relation is still a thing he keeps on maintaining.

Today, DHM spends his spare times as a facilitator in some sharing sessions as well as helping others –both companies and individuals– in their Industrial Relation area. DHM commonly works with no time limitation, as he usually spends midnight and early dawn for a fresh-er condition.

DHM has a dream of having a better Industrial Relation condition in Indonesia. The new era where two parties respect each other with no cheating ... the new era where Industrial Relation practitioners have a deeper Industrial Relation knowledge and understanding as well as an ability of law interpretation ... where Industrial Relation practitioners have no doubt to be independent, because they are really well equipped with skills. 

Industrial Relation is not a place for legal background persons, ... but no doubt at all ... it requires practitioner with a sharp legal view of point to be able to define the preventive and corrective action on any issue.
