1. Loyalty = working service
The longer you stay in a company, the higher the loyalty level you gain.
It doesn’t count a contribution. People may stay very long time in a company with no significant contribution / achievement. Many reasons behind the staying of this people.
2. Loyalty = contribution
Loyalty should be valued in a level of contribution. The more you contribute to the organization, the higher the loyalty level you gain.
It counts more to contribution rather than a working service. Talent might stay not a life time, but they keep on contributing significantly. Many reasons behind the leaving.
Many reason behind the staying or the leaving ... which you cannot just early justify.
